Shipping: We generally ship orders out several times per week. Products are made to order and so our processing time is about 7-10 business days. This is to ensure that your product arrives fresh. We don't use synthetic preservatives so our products do not have a 2 year shelf life. Making them when you order them give you the longest shelf life possible. We appreciate your patience.

Due to the nature of our products, we generally don't do returns unless something is wrong with the product. However, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if there is anything wrong. Our ultimate concern is your happiness!



Bio:

Years ago we began to learn about natural, healthy living and we are so glad that we did. It changed the way that we shopped, what we ate and what we used in our hair and on our skin.

We stopped using chemicals on our hair and instead learned to appreciate and love our natural hair the way God made it and also to care for our skin properly. It's made such a difference for us and our children.

In our search for natural products we were sad to find that so many of the products that claimed to be natural actually contained many harmful ingredients. Believing that God has already supplied the perfect ingredients for all skin and hair types in nature, we set out to create wonderful products that worked, were a pleasure to use and were good for you.

When our friends began to ask what we were using on our hair and skin and if we could make them some too, we knew we needed to start a business. In 2008, Miapella was born.

We know that fluffy pink lotion is fun but it may also be toxic. :-) Avoiding the unnatural stuff doesn't have to mean sacrificing fun or luxury. Our Tropical Sugar Scrub is a luxurious bathing experience for sure!

And our girls love our Hot Chocolate Lip Balm made with real Chocolate!

Are your products all natural?

Our products are made of healthy, natural and often organic ingredients. We only make what we are comfortable using ourselves.

Some of our products contain a safe cosmetic fragrance oil. We only use fragrance oils that Do NOT contain phthalates. If a product contains fragrance, it will say so in the item description.

Is your soap hand made?

Yes. We love real soap with real ingredients like oats, aloe, or real chocolate.

Are your products vegan-friendly?

Many of our products are vegan-friendly. Some products do contain goats milk or beeswax but most are fine for vegans. Currently all of our salves, balms and jellys contain beeswax and a few of our soaps contain goats milk. If you are unsure if a product is vegan friendly, please email us for clarification.
